5.2. Product Returns – Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, the consumer must contact MEDYNEX PHARMA SRL by email or phone and complete a return request. Returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered, without traces of use, wear or any other signs that could affect their resale value.
5.3. Return costs – Return costs are fully borne by the consumer. After checking the returned products, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days of accepting the return.
